1 lb. ground turkey breakfast sausage
2 T. oil
2 medium to large raw sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into one inch cubes
2 medium apples (such as Granny Smith), peeled and sliced
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. flour
¼ tsp.ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the turkey breakfast sausage in 2 T. oil in a skillet or in a 12 inch sauteuse.
Break up large pieces and drain off excess oil.
Arrange in 2 qt. casserole or 12 inch sauteuse: sweet potatoes, apples and sausage.
Combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and water in a jar and shake. Pour the mixture over the other ingredients.
Cover and bake at 375º. until potatoes and apples are tender. (In a casserole about 50-60 minutes. In a 12 inch sauteuse, about 35 minutes.)
