* 2 pouches Chunk Light Tuna, Low Sodium (2.6 ounces each)
* 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, divided
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
* 2 tablespoons scallions, finely chopped
* 1 egg, well beaten
* 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
* 2 teaspoons canola oil
* 6 slider buns
* Lettuce, sliced tomato and chopped cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine the tuna, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, cheese, mayonnaise, scallions and egg in a medium size bowl; mix well.
2. Form into six patties (about 1/4 cup mixture per patty).
3. Place the remaining 1/4 cup breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat each side of the patties with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Place a tuna patty on each slider bun; top with a slice of lettuce and tomato and a little chopped cilantro.
