1 1/2 cups cooked corn
3/4 cup ground cooked ham
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, slightly beaten
6 tbs. fat

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn,ham, pepper,flour,baking powder and eggs together. Drop corn mixture by tbs. in hot fat in a skillet. Saute until golden brown.
