Snacking Coffee Cake Recipe

2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
cup white sugar
tsp nutmeg
1 cup salad oil
1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix together flour, both sugars, salt, nutmeg and salad oil. Take out cup and set aside.
Add milk, baking soda and egg to the rest of the mixture.
Pour into 9x13 pan.
Add 1 tsp cinnamon to the mixture that was set aside and mix together. Then sprinkle on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350. Check with tooth pick before removing from oven.
