1 lb. Sausage
6 eggs
1 pint Half and Half
6 slices White Bread
1 &1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage(drain grease)..Mix eggs with the half and half, salt & pepper.
In a buttered 9"x13" baking dish place slices of trimmed bread, completely
covering the bottom of dish. Pour on the egg mixture. Sprinkle on the sausage
then the cheese. Cover & let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
Uncover & bake at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes, Sometimes it may take longer.

PREHEAT OVEN 350º
