º St. Louis style bbq ribs
º Jane’s Crazy Salt (may substitute any dry rub of choice but it won’t be as good)
º Ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Buy St. Louis Style BBQ ribs from butcher (not baby backs, not spareribs).
2. Have butcher remove membrane or do it yourself.
3. Use Jane’s Crazy Salt and ground pepper.
4. Set up your grill for indirect heat (charcoal on one side, meat on the other).
5. Put slab of ribs on grill on side away from fire.
6. Cook covered for 1½ hours. Keep temperature under 400º.
7. Last 20 minutes, baste with Maull’s St. Louis BBQ Sauce (may be substituted by another sauce but it won’t be as good)

Have someone else prepare whatever side dishes they/you desire. Turn on the Dodger game and enjoy the ribs. Don’t bother eating the side dishes. Keep having cocktails!
