12 Chicken Tenderloins
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1 tsp Garlic Salt
6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
1 cup Mayo
1 cube Margarine or Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put crackers into quart or gallon baggie. Crush. Add garlic salt, seasoning salt and parmesan to the crushed crackers. Put mayo into a pan and coat all the chicken pieces. Then roll them in the crushed crackers. Put them onto a greased 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter/margarine pour on top of chicken.

Bake at 325-350º for 1 hour.
