12 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
6 english muffins (toasted and crumbled)
1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups rice cereal crumbled
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Layer in 9x12 pan, muffins, sausage, cheese, then pour in egg. Combine rice cereal and butter and sprinkle over top.
Refrigerate overnight, then bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
