For 8" to 9" Double Crust Pie:
1 cups of flour
teaspoon of salt
cup of shortening
4 or 5 tablespoons of cold water

For 10" Double Crust Pie:
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
⅔ cup of shortening
4 or 5 tablespoons of cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Use fork or fingers and cut shortening in flour and salt until it looks like small peas
Add water and mix
Roll out
Bake @ 400 for 12 to 15 minutes
