1 cup scalded milk
1 cup cold water
1 tsp. sugar
2 pkgs. (2 scant tablespoons) yeast

Directions:
Add above listed ingredients in bowl of mixer.
Wait for 5 - 10 minutes, until yeast is bubbly

Turn mixer on low and add
2/3 cup softened butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups bread flour

Once that is mixed slowly add

2 tsp. salt
4 - 4 1/2 cups bread flour

Once flour is all added, mix for 3 more minutes.
Dough should be soft.
Put in a greased bowl until doubled in size. Shape in to rolls.
Put on a greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes.
Rolls should be a little darker than golden brown. Use a stick of butter to butter the rolls when they come out of the oven.

I have never used this recipe. I just barely got it from Camille Farnsworth. But I think I will try it some time.
