1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 t. sugar
1/2 t.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and beat until all mixed together.
Pour batter into greased muffin tin, filling each muffin cup 3/4 full.
Bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 and finish baking until golden brown.
Serve hot with butter, like dinner rolls.

We poke a hole in each one and put a little pat of butter in each one before serving.
