Ingredients:  
1 C Flour
C chopped Pecans + 3 TBS seperate
C Butter, melted
8 oz Cream Cheese
2 C Cool Whip, thawed
2 small Instant Lemon Pudding
3 C Milk
1 C Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, Butter and C Pecans together until crumbly, press into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, cool.
Mix Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar and 1 C Cool Whip together, spread on top of crust.
Mix pudding with 3 C Milk, pour on top of Cream Cheese layer.
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of Pudding layer.
Sprinkle remaining Pecans on top.
