2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Add rice to the water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, about 10 minutes, or until all water is evaporated.

While rice is simmering, mix the evaporated milk, sugar, eggs and raisins together.
Add this mixture to rice when it's finished simmering.
Mix well; let everything simmer 5 more minutes, mixing with a spoon a few times to prevent rice from sticking to bottom of pot.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and Enjoy!!

Personal Notes:
We like this best when it's still warm, but also very good when it's cooled down.
