Ingredients:  
3 Eggs
1 C Sugar
⅔ C canned Pumpkin
2 tsp Cinnamon
tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Ginger
tsp Salt
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 TBS Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Eggs, Sugar, beat well.
Add in Pumpkin. Mix
Combine Flour, Salt and spices
Add Eggs
Mix well.
Spread into a greased, wax paper liner 10 x 15 jelly roll pan.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes,
Remove from pan. Cool 15 min
Place on a towel. Cool 10 min
Roll cake in towel.

For filling:
Mix Cream Cheese and Butter together
Add in 1 C Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp Vanilla
Blend until smooth
Unroll cake onto plastic wrap.
Spread filling on cake and roll up.
