3 oranges
2 lemons
6 quarts apples ( about 10 lbs.)
6 (15 oz.) pkg. raisins
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. ground cloves
4 cups sugar
1 cup molasses
2 tbs. salt
1 cup frozen orange or pineapple concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core apples. Grind apples, whole oranges, and whole lemons. Cook about 3 hours on low heat, stirring often after coming to a boil in a covered pot. Grind raisins and add to the mixture. Cook about 1 hour more stirring often, uncovered. Add seasonings, sugar, molasses, and concentrate. Cook another hour stirring often.
