9 cups flour
12 eggs
1 generous cup warm water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix. Roll out and let dry a little. Roll up strips that you rolled out and start to cut it up.

If using a pasta machine roll our twice on 6 then twice on 3. As soon as you are finished rolling it out start to cut up - otherwise it dries too much. Spread out to finish drying.

If you want to make a double batch make 2 separate batches.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I remember these noodles growing up and they were so yummy. Cooked or raw.
If you heat up milk and put in some butter and add cooked homemade noodles it makes a delicious soup. I remember eating this on the farm all the time.

OH THE GOOD MEMORIES!!!!!
