1 lb. veal stew meat
1 medium onion
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 potatoes, diced
salt and pepper
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown veal with onion. Drain oil. Add salt and pepper, tomato sauce and potatoes. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
