1 Lb. fresh or cans mushrooms, sliced
1 Small green pepper, chopped
3 T. Butter
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 C. Milk
2 C. Chicken Breast, cooked, cubed
1 1/2 C Ricotta Cheese
3 Eggs
3 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
9 Lasagna Noodles, cooked

Sauté mushrooms and green peppers in butter. Combine in medium mixing bowl, the sautéed mushrooms and peppers, the cream soups and milk. add chicken. Mix and set aside.
In small bowl combine ricotta cheese and eggs. In a 9x13" baking pan layer as follows: cream soup sauce, noodles, cream soup sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2of the mozzarella cheese, repeate ending with sauce. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
