3 Large Cucumbers
1 Medium Green Pepper optional, chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1T Salt
1 T. Celery Seed
3/4 C Sugar
1/2 C. White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cucumbers in thin slices- leave skin on. Combine with peppers and onions. Sprinkle with salt and celery seed. Stir gently and let stand 1 hour. Combine sugar and vinegar to dissolve sugar. pour over vegetables and stir. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 days or more until ready. makes 5 cups.
