2 eggs
1 cup salad oil
1 3/4 white sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups thinly sliced and chopped apples
1 cup crushed walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and oil until foamy. Add white sugar and beat well.
Add flour, soda, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, apples and walnuts into egg, oil and sugar mixture. Mix. Pour into buttered and floured 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.

Ice when cooled.

Icing
1 - 4 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup soft butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Beat well and spreaed on cooled cake.

OR if you want to use a topping instead:
1/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Sprinkle on top of cake batter and bake.
