1 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
Vegetable Oil
⅓ cup picante sauce
16 Tortillas
2 Tbsp green onion slices
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheesse
¼ tsp Ground Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Combine chicken, picante, onion and cumin; mix well. Heat about ½ inch of oil in skillet until hot but not smoking. Quickly fry each tortilla in oil to soften, about 2 seconds each side. Drain.

Spoon 1 Tbsp of chicken and cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crispy. Remove toothpick and serve with guacamole, sour cream and picante.
