1 Tbls Allspice
1 tbls thyme
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sage
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbls salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tbls brown sugar
1/4 olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 lime squeezed
1 scotch bonnet pepper chopped
1 cup onion chopped
3 green onions chopped
6-8 chicken breast

Combine all spices, garlic, and sugar. With whisk slowly beat in olive oil,
soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice and lime juice. Add pepper and onions.
Add chicken breast and marinate for at least 2 hours or longer. Grill
