2 Boneless chicken breast diced
2 cups diced ham
2 bell peppers chopped
1 cup celery
2 clover garlic
1 cup onion
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp cayenne
Salt

Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook for 6 hours. Serve over rice
