Oriental Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

1 lb penne pasta cooked
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup snow pea pods slice diagonally
1 green onion sliced
Mandarin orange slices
Wide chow me in noodles


1 egg yolk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup light oil
2 tbls sesame oil


In a large bowl add cooked diced chicken, pea pods, pasta, and onion.
In a blender add egg, sugar, soy, vinegar, and pepper. Slowly drizzle in oil while blending on high until mixture is thick like mayonnaise. Refrigerate dressing. Toss salad with chilled dressing. Serve with wide chow main noodles and mandarin oranges
