1 lb pasta or rice pasta
3 tbls olive oil
4 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 lemons zested & juiced
1/2 cup cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Fresh basil (10 leaves)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to al dente. (slightly firm)

In large skillet over low heat add oil, garlic and red pepper flakes. After pasta has cooked for about 5 minutes add a ladle full of pasta water to skillet. Add lemon juice and cream. Raise heat to bring sauce to bubble.

Drain pasta, add lemon zest and half of cheese to cream sauce. Salt & pepper to taste. Toss pasta in cream sauce. Cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and parsley
