Ingredients:  
6 - 8 cooked potatoes, boiled with skins on & cooled
¼ c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1½ c. cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
5 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & grate cooled potatoes. Heat butter & chicken soup. Blend in cheddar cheese, sour cream & green onions. Mix with potatoes. Place in 2½ qt. casserole & sprinkle with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
