1 large shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
olive oil
1 can (28 oz.) Hunts tomatoes, chopped
⅔ can beef broth
parsley
basil
oregano
crushed red pepper
1 bunch of broccoli
1 lb. cavatelli
red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté minced shallots and minced garlic in bottom of pan in olive oil until softened. Remove garlic. Add spices to chopped tomatoes and stir into the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add in beef broth.

Cook pasta and broccoli together until pasta is al dente. Drain and add pasta and broccoli to pan. Mix thoroughly and heat.
