1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
3 T. soy sauce
1 T. sesame oil
1 tsp. sugar
6 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling water add beans & cook just till tender (about 4 minutes). Drain & set aside. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, oil, sugar & set aside. Spray Wok or 10" skillet. Place on medium high heat. Add garlic cook (20 seconds). Add beans stirring & turning constantly until well coated (2 minutes). Add soy sauce mixture & continue to stir until liquid is absorbed (1 - 2 minutes). I like to sprinkle on sesame seed when almost done.
