carrot chunks (can use baby carrots)
black olives, drained
green olives, drained
canned whole button mushrooms, drained
cauliflower, cut up
artichoke hearts, drained
celery, chunked
cherry tomatoes, whole
green pepper
red pepper
yellow pepper
dash of garlic powder
1 c. salad oil
⅔ c. vinegar (I use dark)
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
tsp. sugar

Use about equal amounts (we like a lot of mushrooms) of all vegetable ingredients, I put them in a gallon jar. Mix garlic powder, salad oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & sugar together. Pour mixture over vegetables and mix well.
