Banana Nut Bread (2 Loaves) Recipe

3 medium Bananas
1/2 c. Shortening
1 c. Sugar
2 medium Eggs
3 c. Baking Mix (Jiffy)
1 small package Chopped Walnuts
1 small can Crushed Pineapple

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Cream together Sugar and Shortening
Add Mashed Bananas
Add each ingredient 1 at a time to mix.
Grease and flour loaf pans (Fill over 1/2 full)
Bake at 350 F. for 55 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: If desired, you can add 1/2 c. Raisons or 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg, Cinnamon, or Ginger.
