4½ cup uncooked old fashioned oats
¾ cup raw shelled sunflower seeds
1½ coarsely chopped raw almonds
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1½ pure maple syrup (grade A dark if possible)
⅓ cup canola oil
1 cup light raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix. Stir in syrup and oil. Stir well. Line a 17x12 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread mixture onto sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 325º. As it begins to lightly brown, stir mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, Stir and don't let it burn. Add raisins and cool. Store in tightly covered container. Good for breakfast, snack, or topping on fruit and yogurt.
