1 cup Butter
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp Frozen Orange Juice
2½ cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg and orange juice. Measure orange juice level (too much makes the dough soft). Add flour, baking soda and salt. Add nuts if desired. Mix well and form two rolls. Refrigerate overnight. Cut rolls into ¼ inch slices. Bake 10 - 15 minutes.
