Grease a 9x12 baking pan.

Brown and drain: 1 lb. bulk breakfast sausage

Mix the sausage with: 20 oz.package of refrigerator hash browns (or thaw frozen ones)

1 - 2 tsp. seasoning salt cup shredded cheddar 1 medium onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:

Place the sausage/potato mixture in the pan.

Top with about 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (more or less to your preference)

Beat: 5 eggs with 1/4 cup milk

Pour egg mixture over entire pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
