1 – 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
8 oz. fresh “mini” mozzarella pearls
4 Tbsp. olive oil
18 basil leaves, chopped
½ tsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:

In a medium bowl, put the tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil. Add basil, salt, and pepper and gently toss. Serves 4 - 6
