2 T. canola oil
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1-8 oz. bottle Catalina salad dressing
1-16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 packet onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet and brown thighs on each side. Spray a
9X13 baking dish, place thighs in bottom of dish. In medium bowl
mix rest of ingredients well. Pour over thighs and cover with foil.
Bake at 325̊ for 1¼ hours, turning once. Remove foil and bake
for 15 minutes. Serves 6.
