9 inch pastry
¾ cup sugar
2-3 tbsp flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
5 sliced, peeled peaches
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake in hot oven at 400º for 45-50 minutes.
