Ingredients:  
1 lb sausage or 2 cups chopped ham
1 cup mild cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 scant tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt (less for ham)
dash of pepper
4 slices white bread torn into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up slices of bread. Place in buttered 9x13 baking dish.
Brown and drain sausage, or chop the ham.
Spoon meat over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes at 350º
