9-10 eggs
1 lbs pork sausage (or bacon)
1 cup milk
3 slices finely torn bread
1 package cheddar cheese (3 cups)
tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Mix approx 2 cups of cheese and bread. Add meat and put in 9x13 pan.
Mix eggs, milk and salt and pepper.
Pour over meat and cheese, then cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnite.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Test with toothpick in center.
Let stand and cut.
