Ingredients:  
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ cups celery, chopped (can sub with carrots)
3 tbsp butter
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed (can sub with chicken or diced ham)
½ lb spaghetti, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz sour cream
¾ cups chicken stock
¼ lb grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee celery and onion in butter. Add to spaghetti, turkey, soup, sour cream and chicken stock.
Put in 9x13 or 7x11 pan. Top with grated cheese
Bake 30 min at 350º

Try with crumbled potato chips on top, under cheese.
