2 cups (or more) cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 diced tomatoes
⅓ cup salsa, milk
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp tapioca
1 cup (or more) grated cheddar cheese
1 ½ layer of tortillas, 3 times (torn in small pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes, salsa, chopped onion and tapioca.
Begin with 1 ½ layer of flour tortilla, then ⅓ of chicken, ⅓ mixture, and ⅓ of cheese. Then repeat twice.
Cook about 6 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.

Can add jalapeño peppers, or sliced olives.
