3 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion chopped
4 fluid oz or 120ml bourbon
6 fluid oz or 175ml ketchup
4 fluid oz or 120ml apple cider vinegar
4 fluid oz or 120ml orange juice
8 tbsp pure maple syrup
4 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp salt
