2 cans evaporated milk
2 sticks of butter
5+ lbs sliced potatoes
2+ onions

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the potatoes, and add onions to taste. Add water to cover about ⅔ of potatoes.
Cook until tender, add margarine to taste and both cans evaporated milk.
Heat- don't boil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Makes a lot!
