Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. pasta shells
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 small onions
4 pinches basil
3 pinches oregano
2 pinches parsley
4-5 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
1 - 2 heads broccoli
3 carrots
20 mushrooms
13-20 green beans or snow pea pods
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or process all vegetables except snow pea pods if using. Melt butter (pasta should be on when butter is melting). Add onion, minced garlic, and spices. Simmer until onions are soft and add vegetables. If necessary add oil when add vegetables to have sufficient sauce for vegetables.
