1 - 5 lb hen
1 large package shell macaroni
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans mushrooms
2 cups sour cream
2 jars pimento
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and chop. Cook pasta. Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream, pimento, chicken and pasta.
Add chicken stock if needed for right consistency. Pour in large baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º until lightly brown on top and bubbly. Freezes well.
