4 - 6 pork chops
Rice
Chopped onion
Chopped bell pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce or tomato soup
2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Leave in skillet. Place 1 Tablespoon rice on top of each pork chop. Top each pork chop with some of the onion and bell pepper. Pour tomato sauce mixed with water over all. Cover and cook at 300º.
