1/2 C Butter Softened
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
Mix

Add
1 -1 1/2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt -optional

May refrigerate up to 3 days. Roll in balls; roll in sugar optional, place on baking sheet 2" apart to bake.

º375 for 10 minutes
Variations:
Peanut Butter Cookies Rolled in Sugar and pressed w/fork.
Peanut Butter Temptations - Roll, dip in sugar, place in mini muffin tin; immediately place 1 mini peanut butter cup in center of each one after baking.
Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies - Roll, dip in sugar, place on cookie sheet; immediately place 1 mini or regular kiss in center upon removing from oven - must work quickly.
