1 lb sirloin steak
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
3 oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 Tablespoons catsup
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Cooked rice or noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sirloin. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is crisp tender. Combine coup and sour cream with the mushrooms. Add catsup and worcestershire sauce. Cook until tender. Serve over either rice or noodles.
