1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar
1/3 cup chopped onion
dash of pepper
9 oz. box frozen, chopped broccoli or spinach

Directions:
Brown meat, drain fat and set aside. Thaw and drain broccoli or spinach. Blend meat, veggies and all other ingredients. Place in pie shell. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
