8 slices of bread, cubed
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked
10 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cubed bread over greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cheese and sausage. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture over baking dish and chill overnight. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until casserole is puffed and set. Cut into squares.
