Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Spiced Walnuts:
¾ c. walnuts
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Dressing:
¼ c. lemon juice
2 T. honey
1 T. olive oil
Salt and pepper

Salad:
2 chopped Granny Smith apples
2 chopped Braeburn apples
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
4 c. mixed greens

Directions:
Directions:
Spiced Walnuts:
Combine all the ingredients in a skillet. Constantly stir over medium heat until the sugar melts and walnuts are toasted. Remove the pan and spread out onto a baking sheet. Cool and break into pieces.

Dressing:
While all dressing ingredients together.

Combine the salad ingredients and toss with the dressing. Top with the walnuts.
